BREAKFAST

Enjoy a complimentary breakfast served daily in the main lounge between 8am and 9am. Indulge in homemade baked beans, scrumptious waffles, fresh fruit compote, chunky sourdough toast, yoghurts and artisan cereals.

LUNCH

Head out exploring with a picnic pack to enjoy on the Plateau. Or stay in the comfort of the Lodge, choosing from the delicious selection of our in-house options, served at 1pm.

Please note: as arrival and access into the Lodge is from 2pm, lunches aren’t available for guests on day of check-in.

DINNER

As part of the Lodge experience, get together with other guests, friends and family, sharing stories of your day’s Highland adventures. Choose either two or three courses from a scrumptious range of starter, main and dessert options. Dinner is served each evening in the main lounge, commencing at 6:30pm.

SNACKS & BEVERAGES

Located in the main lounge, in addition to complimentary teas and coffees, guests have 24/7 access to a range of snacks, Tasmanian wines, Tasmanian spirits and liqueurs, soft drinks, bottled water and juices: all self-recorded as an honesty system.
